Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MBAcallPredictor (the "Service"), operated by Prepbee EdTech Pvt. Ltd. ("Prepbee", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Prepbee.

2. Service Description and Indicative-Only Disclaimer

MBAcallPredictor provides probabilistic MBA call predictions based on historical cutoff data and publicly disclosed shortlisting formulas. All predictions are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee of admission, interview call, or any specific outcome.

Actual shortlisting decisions are made solely by the respective institutions and depend on factors including but not limited to: dynamic seat matrices, PI/WAT/GD performance, year-on-year formula changes, and institutional discretion. Prepbee has no affiliation with any MBA institution and does not influence shortlisting decisions.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. Providing false data will result in inaccurate predictions and does not entitle you to a refund.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our scoring algorithms or cutoff data.

4. Payment Terms

The GDPI Report is priced at ₹9 (inclusive of applicable taxes) for Indian users and USD 1 for international users. Payment is processed securely through our payment processor. Upon successful payment, the report will be generated and delivered to your registered email address within 30 minutes. Refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, scoring algorithms, prediction models, cutoff databases, UI designs, and software comprising the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of Prepbee EdTech Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance (announced via the maintenance page) or emergency maintenance without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss arising from service unavailability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PREDICTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PREPBEE EDTECH PVT. LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF ADMISSION OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF FEES PAID TO INSTITUTIONS, OR ANY RELIANCE ON PREDICTIONS PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email (if you have an account) and via a banner on the website at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
