Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund

A refund of ₹9 (or equivalent) is available within 24 hours of payment if any of the following conditions are met:

• •The report was not generated within 30 minutes of payment.
• •The report was generated using the fallback template (indicated in the report and email) and you are unsatisfied with the content.
• •The report contained factually incorrect college names or formulas that do not match your submitted profile.

Refunds are not available if the report was successfully generated and delivered, and the content is accurate.

Refund Process

1. Email support@prepbee.in with subject: "Refund Request"
2. Include your payment_id (found in your payment confirmation email) and the reason for the refund.
3. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.
4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your payment status is updated to refunded. Your report remains accessible for download for 7 days after the refund, after which the download link is revoked. The report data is retained for audit purposes only and is not shared.

Technical Issues

If you were charged but did not receive your report due to a technical error on our end, we will either resend the report or issue a full refund within 5 business days. Please contact us with your payment reference number.
